The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a cerium-cobalt composite oxide catalyst. First, cobalt nitrate, cerium nitrate and urea are mixed in water, hydrothermally synthesized cerium-cobalt composite hydroxide, and then calcined in air, ι’‡The cobalt-cobalt composite is decomposed into a ruthenium-cobalt composite oxide catalyst. The prepared catalyst is used to catalytically decompose a high concentration of nitrous oxide waste gas. The outstanding features of the catalyst prepared by the method of the invention are: small catalyst crystal grains, suitable interaction and synergistic catalytic effects between the components, and catalytic decomposition of high concentration nitrous oxide waste gas with high catalytic activity. |
