The pharmaceutical composition of the invention is a nanoparticle prepared by recombinant APN protein and chitosan, and the encapsulation efficiency thereof is up to 81.9%; the nanoparticle morphology is a spheroid, the particle size is less than 700 nm, and the concentration is between 100 and 500 nm. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can improve left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and inhibit myocardial mitochondrial autophagy. |
