The invention uses the agricultural pest Spodoptera litura to carry out experiments, and confirms that miR-71‐5p affects the culture medium of the mustard secondary biomass of Spodoptera litura, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the expression of SlNrf2, thereby affecting a series of Nrf2-regulated responses. A downstream gene of secondary biomass in plants. Based on the above experimental results, miR-71‐5p can be directly used to control pests that feed plants, or transgenic plants for pest control.
