abstract The invention provides a preparation method of folded silicon dioxide/graphene composite powder particles, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: adding a cationic surfactant into a graphene oxide solution, and reacting to obtain a first mixed solution; adding ethanol into the first mixed solution, and performing ultrasonic oscillation to obtain a second mixed solution; adding the ammonia water solution and the tetraethyl orthosilicate solution into the second mixed solution in sequence, and reacting to obtain a third mixed solution; step four, centrifuging the third mixed solution to obtain bottom sediment, and washing the bottom sediment; putting the bottom precipitate into deionized water and performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment to obtain a fourth mixed solution; and step six, atomizing and heating the fourth mixed solution to volatilize the solvent to obtain the folded silicon dioxide/graphene composite powder particles. The invention also provides a preparation method of the folded silicon dioxide/graphene composite material and the folded silicon dioxide.
