The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, has reasonable design and compact structure, fills compressed air by sealing the inlet and the outlet of the canister, keeps the canister body to reach a certain pressure for 1 minute, and counts the air filling amount in unit time by the air mass flow, namely the air leakage amount in unit time, thereby effectively solving the problems of simple structure, uncontrollable flow, single test condition and inconvenient monitoring of the test process of the air tightness test.
