The invention relates to a molecular marker of a corn stalk rot resistance QTL and its application. The SNP molecular markers of the corn stalk rot resistance QTL include MC0215X0591A and/or MC0215X0608A; the physical position of the MC0215X0591A is located on chromosome 9 of the genome of the corresponding corn variety B73 The physical location of the MC0215X0608A is located at 111500329bp of chromosome 9 of the genome of the corresponding maize variety B73, and the disease resistance allele locus is C. The present invention locates the main genetic locus QTL-9.04 of maize stalk rot resistance for the first time and obtains a SNP molecular marker linked to it; the SNP molecular marker of the present invention has important value in the improved breeding of maize stalk rot resistance. |
