Further, the applicant found that the anti-crack angle specific sequence of BnA9-2 gene is shown in SEQ ID NO. 5. The primer designed aiming at the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.5 can be used for the anti-crack breeding of rape and has wide application prospect.
