titleOfInvention | Benzene-free high-weather-resistance water-based adhesive and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives for printing and packaging, in particular to a benzene-free high-weather-resistance water-based adhesive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the adhesive is prepared from 10-25 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, 10-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 10-20 parts of butyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 1-5 parts of acrylate functional monomer, 0.5-2 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-5 parts of wet adhesion promoter, 0.3-0.5 part of persulfate initiator, 2-8 parts of reactive emulsifier, 0.3-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of preservative and the like. Compared with the prior art, the water-based laminating adhesive does not contain any harmful benzene series solvent, is green and environment-friendly, has excellent weather resistance, does not crack after reaching 240 hours in high-humidity, high-temperature or low-temperature environments, and has the characteristics of various excellent gluing processes of glue spraying, dish coating and silk screen. |
