titleOfInvention Imbibition expulsion agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an imbibition expulsion and expulsion agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the imbibition expulsion and expulsion agent is an ammonium salt compound prepared by the substitution reaction of p-phenylenediamine and halogenated hydrocarbon, and the preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving the p-phenylenediamine in an ethanol water solution, stirring and heating to 85-90 ℃ for refluxing for at least 0.5 h; dropwise adding halogenated hydrocarbon, continuously heating and refluxing for reaction for 1.5-3 h, stopping the reaction, cooling to room temperature, and removing the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain the imbibition expulsion agent, wherein the halogenated hydrocarbon is bromodecane, dodecyl bromide, tetradecyl bromide, hexadecyl bromide or octadecyl bromide; the imbibition displacement agent can resist temperature up to 120 ℃, and when the addition amount is 0.1 wt.%, the imbibition displacement efficiency can reach more than 60%, the imbibition oil discharge capacity is strong, and the imbibition displacement agent has the functions of effectively reducing the oil-water interfacial tension and changing the rock wettability.
