The invention discloses a self-supporting hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the self-supporting hydrogenation catalyst is a self-supporting catalyst which is obtained by carrying at least two metals of iron metal, nickel metal and auxiliary metal on a framework substrate with a porous structure, roasting and reducing the framework substrate, and does not need secondary forming, and the self-supporting catalyst is simply represented as: xFeyNizM/ZT, wherein: m represents an auxiliary metal, ZT represents a skeleton matrix with a porous structure, x represents the mass percent of iron metal in the catalyst, y represents the mass percent of nickel metal in the catalyst, z represents the mass percent of the auxiliary metal in the catalyst, and the balance is the mass percent of ZT, and: at least two of x, y and z are not 0 at the same time. Experiments show that: the self-supporting hydrogenation catalyst provided by the invention has good heat conductivity, excellent hydrogenation activity and good stability, and can be used as a catalyst for preparing ethanol by hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate, diethyl oxalate or ethyl acetate. |
