abstract The invention discloses an immune enhancer for improving the intestinal health of grouper and a preparation method of its compound feed. The immune enhancer is composed of 300-500 parts by weight of chitosan oligosaccharide, 300-500 parts by weight of curcumin, and 300-500 parts by weight of coated natural plant essential oil (wherein cinnamaldehyde≥10%, thymol≥10%) . In the invention, the immune enhancer is added to the commercial compound feed for feeding the grouper, and by improving the intestinal health of the grouper and improving its digestion and absorption function, the purpose of efficient utilization of the feed and rapid growth is achieved.
