titleOfInvention | Preparation method and application of porous foam lining |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method and application of a porous foam lining. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) putting a precursor solution obtained by mixing raw materials including a monomer and an initiator with a solvent into a reactor; then, under the condition of horizontal rotation, leading the precursor solution to infiltrate the inner wall of the reactor and carrying out photocuring; (b) increasing the rotating speed to enable the precursor solution to form a liquid film on the inner wall of the reactor, and carrying out photocuring to obtain wet gel; (c) and (4) carrying out solvent exchange on the obtained wet gel, and then drying to obtain the porous foam lining. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the porous foam lining has low reaction temperature and can be carried out under the normal temperature condition; the reaction time is shorter, the preparation period is shortened, the operability is strong, and the experimental steps are simplified; energy is saved, manufacturing cost is reduced, and the density and thickness of the porous foam lining are controllable. |
