titleOfInvention | Method for producing porous body |
abstract | The problem to be solved by the present invention is to produce a porous body having longitudinal cellular pores by using an aqueous polyurethane resin composition. The present invention provides a method for producing a porous body, characterized in that an aqueous polyurethane resin composition comprising an aqueous polyurethane resin (A) having an acid value of 0.01mgKOH/g or more is blended with an oxyethylene content of 2X 10 in the range of 0.01 to 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the aqueous polyurethane resin (A) ‑2 Thickening with a thickener (B) having a carboxyl group in an amount of mol/g or less, and then coagulating with a coagulant (C) containing a metal salt (C-1). According to the production method of the present invention, a porous body having longitudinal cellular pores can be produced using the aqueous polyurethane resin composition. Thus, the obtained porous body is superior in touch, elasticity, peel strength, and moisture permeability to the one-touch porous body. |
