abstract | The present invention provides a method for identifying biomarkers of ankylosing spondylitis and a detection kit thereof. The biomarkers are free mannose and glucose and the ratio of glucose to mannose obtained by pre-column PMP-derivatized high performance liquid chromatography in serum. The detection method of the invention is a high-performance liquid chromatography method derived from 1-phenyl-5-methylpyrazolone (PMP) before the column. The technical scheme of the present invention has the advantages of simple pretreatment, short analysis time, reasonable price of the instrument, conforming to routine use, simple and easy-to-learn operation steps, high accuracy of detection results, only blood collection, and extremely small amount of serum required, and the blood collection volume is less than 1mL and other advantages. The obtained results show that this analytical method can rapidly quantify free mannose and glucose in serum of patients with ankylosing spondylitis, which is useful for studying the relationship between serum free mannose and glucose and ankylosing spondylitis, and searching for new clinical detection markers of ankylosing spondylitis. things are very important. |
