titleOfInvention | Method for extracting and purifying effective boron in water sample and method for testing boron isotope composition |
abstract | The invention provides a method for extracting and purifying effective boron in a water sample and a method for testing boron isotope composition, which comprises the steps of firstly adjusting the pH value of the water sample to 6-7, and placing the water sample after the pH value is adjusted in a cap of a centrifugal tube; placing a sodium hydroxide solution at the bottom of the centrifuge tube; heating a neutral water sample in the cap to obtain a sodium borate solution at the bottom of the centrifuge tube; and then sequentially carrying out boron specific resin adsorption treatment, hydrochloric acid leaching, leacheate evaporation treatment and anion and cation mixed resin adsorption treatment on the sodium borate solution to realize extraction and purification of effective boron in the water sample. According to the invention, the boron isotope in the effective boron to-be-detected liquid obtained by extraction and purification is tested by the positive thermal ionization mass spectrometry, so that the composition of the boron isotope in the water sample can be tested. The testing method provided by the invention has higher accuracy, and as shown in the embodiment of the invention, the 2SD (‰) value of the testing method provided by the invention is lower than 0.1 ‰. |
