titleOfInvention Nickel-free coating agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of metal surface treatment and coating, and particularly discloses a nickel-free coating agent and a preparation method thereof. The nickel-free coating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of zinc oxide, 20-40% of phosphoric acid, 1-5% of nitric acid, 1-5% of citric acid, 4-11% of manganese nitrate, 0.5-2% of ferric nitrate, 1-4% of sodium fluoborate, 0.3-1% of sodium fluoride, 0.1-0.5% of hydrogen peroxide and 21.5-67.1% of solvent. The nickel-free coating agent prepared by the invention does not contain heavy metal nickel, so that the cost of the product is saved, the harm of the heavy metal nickel to human bodies is avoided, and the coating agent is environment-friendly; the consumption of the coating agent is reduced, and the aims of saving and protecting the environment are fulfilled; and the production cost of a user can be effectively reduced due to the larger unit processing area.
