A high-performance 7075 aluminum alloy die forging method, in an anhydrous environment, using alcohol heat and high pressure, and adsorbing Ti ions under the action of carboxylated graphene's own functional groups, and obtaining TiO 2 (anatase type TiO 2 ) in the later roasting ) coated with carboxylated graphene. The obtained powder is mixed with pure aluminum powder in a certain proportion and cold pressed to obtain an intermediate alloy. The intermediate alloy is added to the aluminum alloy melt as required, and the titanium oxide-coated carboxylated graphene particles are dispersed under the action of a high-energy ultrasonic instrument. The obtained composite material slurry is poured into the center of the lower mold cavity to perform thixoforging to obtain a die forging billet, and then the billet is subjected to T6 heat treatment to finally obtain a high-performance product. The products produced by the invention have good comprehensive mechanical properties, and at the same time, the technology has the advantages of simplicity, safety, easy operation and controllability. |
