abstract | The invention relates to a water-based weather-resistant scratch-resistant self-cleaning inorganic nano ceramic automobile paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based weather-resistant scratch-resistant self-cleaning inorganic nano ceramic automobile paint comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55-85% of water-based inorganic nano ceramic modified emulsion, 1-20% of pigment, 1-10% of filler, 0.1-0.5% of wetting agent, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.1-2% of non-stick flatting agent, 1-3% of thickening agent and the balance of water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a semitransparent silane mixed liquid, secondly, adding silica sol, water and nano cellulose whiskers into a pre-weighed polyurethane emulsion, and stirring for 5-30 minutes; thirdly, dropwise adding the silane mixed liquid prepared in the first step into the polyurethane emulsion, silica sol and nano-cellulose whisker mixed liquid prepared in the second step to prepare aqueous inorganic nano-ceramic modified emulsion; and step four, mixing, dispersing, grinding and adding an auxiliary agent and water to be uniformly stirred to obtain the water-based weather-resistant scratch-resistant self-cleaning inorganic nano ceramic automobile paint. The product has the characteristics of super weather resistance, high hardness, wear resistance, stain resistance, fingerprint resistance and self cleaning. |
