The invention relates to a citric acid cross-linked chitosan and dopamine hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: s1, dissolving chitosan in an acetic acid solution, adding dopamine at a certain temperature, stirring to obtain a blending solution, then adding citric acid, and stirring to uniformly mix; s2, placing the solution in a low-temperature environment, rapidly cooling the solution, and then adding a catalyst to perform amidation crosslinking reaction to obtain hydrogel; s3 washes the crosslinked gel to neutral pH. The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. according to the invention, citric acid is used for crosslinking chitosan and dopamine, and a one-pot method is adopted to prepare the non-toxic degradable hydrogel with good biocompatibility; 2. the hydrogel formed by the invention has ideal pore structure and mechanical property, and provides a good design idea for the application of the chitosan-based hydrogel. |
