abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of crustacean genetic engineering, and discloses a novel Penaeus monodon ALFpm12 antibacterial peptide, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the Penaeus monodon ALFpm12 antibacterial peptide consists of 123 amino acids, the molecular weight is 13.54kDa, and the signal peptide consists of 25 amino acids; the highest homology of ALFpm12 and the disclosed ALF antibacterial peptide of the penaeus monodon is only 50 percent, and the ALFpm12 is obviously up-regulated in each organ of the penaeus monodon invaded by vibrio parahaemolyticus and reaches an expression peak value in 4 hours; the gene sequence can be obtained by RT-PCR cloning from total RNA extracted from each tissue of the penaeus monodon. The antibacterial peptide has antibacterial and bactericidal effects on staphylococcus aureus, coastal microbacterium and the like, has the characteristics of high bactericidal efficiency, small using amount, long time effect and simple production, can inhibit and kill seawater bacteria, and shows that the antibacterial peptide has wide application prospect in the aquaculture industry. |
