titleOfInvention | Sludge curing agent and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a sludge curing agent and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the sludge curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of iron-calcium-silicon-aluminum oxide, 15-20 parts of magnesium oxide, 8-10 parts of polymeric ferric sulfate, 7-12 parts of aluminum silicate, 8-15 parts of perlite, 0.8-1.5 parts of cationic chelate, 0.5-1 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.5-1 part of calcium hypochlorite, 0.4-0.6 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.2-0.8 part of modified starch and 0.1-0.5 part of dimethylaniline. The sludge curing agent disclosed by the invention is added into sludge, so that the sludge is low in water content, good in curing effect, short in required curing time and high in efficiency. |
