titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride artificial leather based on synchronous internal plasticization of photosensitive reaction type plasticizer
abstract The invention discloses a method for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride artificial leather based on synchronous internal plasticization of a photosensitive reaction type plasticizer. The method is characterized in that a bisaziridine photosensitive group is introduced into o-benzene plasticizer molecules, when the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather coating is plasticized, ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 330-370nm is used for synchronous irradiation, the bisaziridine is promoted to rapidly generate active carbene and insert C-H bonds in polyvinyl chloride molecules, and then the o-benzene plasticizer is in-situ and covalently grafted on PVC resin, so that synchronous internal plasticization of the PVC artificial leather coating is realized. The method does not change the traditional process steps of the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather and also does not prolong the plasticizing time of the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather, the grafting reaction and the processing process of the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather are synchronously carried out, the migration of the plasticizer is effectively inhibited, the toxicity problem caused by the migration of the o-benzene plasticizer is fundamentally solved, the durability and the service life of the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather are prolonged, and the method has engineering practical application value.
