titleOfInvention | Method for identifying stress tolerance of plants to high temperature stress through 6mA abundance in deoxyribonucleic acid |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for identifying the stress tolerance of a plant to high-temperature stress through 6mA abundance in deoxyribonucleic acid. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: carrying out heat treatment on the plant to be detected, and respectively taking the overground part before and after the heat treatment to obtain a biological sample before the heat treatment and a biological sample after the heat treatment; respectively detecting the 6mA relative abundance in the deoxyribonucleic acid of the biological sample before heat treatment and the biological sample after heat treatment, and calculating relative values; relative value 6mA relative abundance in deoxyribonucleic acid of the biological sample after heat treatment รท 6mA relative abundance in deoxyribonucleic acid of the biological sample before heat treatment; plants with high relative values have higher stress tolerance to high temperature stress than plants with low relative values. The invention also protects the application of the substance for detecting the relative abundance of 6mA in the deoxyribonucleic acid of the rice in identifying the stress tolerance of the rice to high-temperature stress. The method has great application and popularization values for identifying/screening the high temperature stress resistant rice. |
