titleOfInvention | Rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 polysaccharide extract and application thereof in health products |
abstract | The invention provides a rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 polysaccharide extract, and a preparation method of the polysaccharide extract comprises the following steps: adding rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 strain powder into sterilized distilled water for re-suspension, and freezing, rapidly heating in water bath, and circularly breaking the wall; carrying out enzymolysis on the bacterial liquid subjected to the wall breaking by using papain and cellulase, and centrifuging to collect supernatant; removing impurities in the supernatant with ultrafiltration membrane to obtain Rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 polysaccharide extract; precooling the rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 polysaccharide extract, adding precooled ethanol, standing for precipitation, centrifuging to obtain solid precipitate, and naturally drying at room temperature to obtain the rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 polysaccharide extract. The polysaccharide extract extracted from the rhodosporidium toruloides Y0 cultured on the culture medium rich in sugar has high polysaccharide content. The polysaccharide extract can improve the phagocytosis capacity of mouse abdominal cavity macrophages to neutral red, and can improve the IL-1 beta secretion capacity of the mouse abdominal cavity macrophages. |
