The preparation method of the tungsten alloy precursor composite powder comprises the following steps: providing a mixed dispersion of ammonium paratungstate, soluble iron salt, soluble nickel salt and soluble aluminum salt; adjusting the pH value of the mixed dispersion liquid to be not more than 1.5 by oxalic acid, completely reacting, and then removing the solvent to obtain mixed powder.
