abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of feed compositions, and in particular relates to a compound premixed feed for laying hens for extending the shelf life of eggs and a preparation method thereof, and high-selenium eggs with long shelf life. The compound premixed feed is mainly prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 20-30 parts of oat bran shell powder, 10-15 parts of biological fermentation feed, 11.6-15 parts of puffed flaxseed, 1.5-3 parts of yeast cell wall, and 0.35 parts of yeast selenium ‑0.5 part, vitamin E 0.3 part, tea polyphenol 0.4-0.8 part, soy isoflavone 0.8-1.2 part, etc. When the premix of the present invention is used for laying hen breeding, the selenium content in the obtained eggs is higher than 45.5 μg/100 grams of eggs, and the shelf life at 4-8° C. can reach 80 days.
