titleOfInvention | Silicone rubber composition and crosslinked silicone rubber |
abstract | The invention provides a silicone rubber composition with excellent storage stability and crosslinking reactivity and a silicone rubber crosslinked body obtained by using the composition. The silicone rubber composition contains (a) organopolysiloxane, (b) crosslinking agent, (c) microcapsule catalyst composed of resin microparticles encapsulating crosslinking catalyst, wherein the solubility parameter of the resin in the (c) is more than 7.9, the thermal conductivity is more than 0.16W/m.k, and the glass transition temperature is 40-145 ℃. The crosslinked silicone rubber is formed from a crosslinked material of the silicone rubber composition. |
