According to the embodiment of the application, the data transfer center is added on the premise that the original network structure is not changed, the data and voice are ensured to be transmitted on a wireless network and a backbone network by adopting ciphertext protection, integrity verification is increased, the safety of the data and voice is greatly improved, and the anti-attack capability is increased.
