abstract | The invention belongs to the field of intelligent packaging, and discloses a solid enzyme type time-temperature indicator which is formed by stacking a polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel film I containing tyrosine and a polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel film II containing immobilized tyrosinase in a closed container. The solid enzyme type time-temperature indicator obtained by the invention has long indication time and is easy to store. The invention also discloses a preparation method thereof: the method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and a tyrosine aqueous solution, and obtaining a hydrogel film I by a freezing-unfreezing method; (2) mixing the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and the immobilized tyrosinase dispersion liquid, and obtaining a hydrogel film II by a freezing-unfreezing method; (3) and superposing the hydrogel film I and the hydrogel film II into two layers, and then packaging in a closed container to obtain the solid enzyme type time-temperature indicator. The preparation method has simple process and easy operation, and the whole process is solid, thereby avoiding the defect that the liquid is difficult to store. |
