titleOfInvention Sintering method of magnetite with high proportion
abstract The invention provides a sintering method of magnetite with high proportion, which comprises the following steps: 10-15% of precious sand fine ore, 19-27% of secondary resource, 40-50% of rhododendron minite, 5-8% of imported south African fine ore, 5-9% of limestone powder, 3-5% of dolomite powder, 5-7% of quicklime powder and 3-6% of coke powder, wherein the total amount is 100%; the mixture is sent to a sintering machine after being mixed, and the sintering of the mixture is completed under the conditions that the operation speed of the sintering machine is 1.0-1.3 m/min, the terminal temperature of the sintering machine is 410-490 ℃, the tail waste gas temperature of the sintering machine is 125-145 ℃ and the negative pressure is 12-15.5 Kpa. The method solves the problems of poor sintering material balling property and low sintering material loading amount caused by fine granularity of the rhododendron minium concentrate, creates conditions for improving the quality of sintered products and reducing the ore using cost, reduces the fuel consumption by 10kg/t, reduces the ore return rate by 5 percent and improves the finished product rate by 12 percent.
