titleOfInvention | Batching method and smelting process for smelting electric furnace full scrap steel and graphite press ball |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of steel smelting, and particularly provides a graphite press ball which comprises, by weight, 85-95% of earthy graphite ore, 1-5% of bentonite and 1-11% of industrial dextrin. In the proportioning method for smelting the whole scrap steel in the electric furnace, graphite press balls and the scrap steel are used for partially or completely replacing pig iron to prepare carbon. After the materials are mixed, the following steelmaking process is adopted: the EBT electric furnace, the LF refining furnace, the VD vacuum furnace and the medium square billet are continuously cast, and the technology of producing graphite press balls by adopting a press ball bonding process can be used for smelting all scrap steel in the electric furnace to replace pig iron for carbon matching. The proposal protects and utilizes resources, purifies the environment and can produce high-quality graphite products required by steelmaking. Meanwhile, graphite briquettes are used for replacing pig iron to mix carbon in the whole scrap steel smelting of the electric furnace and are directly loaded into a scrap steel charging bucket, and the pig iron to mix carbon is successfully replaced by a smelting process of controlling power transmission, slagging and oxygen blowing systems. |
