titleOfInvention | Phosphorylation of 194 th tyrosine of PFKFB3 protein and application thereof |
abstract | Phosphorylation of 194 th tyrosine of PFKFB3 protein and application thereof relate to phosphorylation of 194 th tyrosine of PFKFB3 protein. Detecting the level of phosphorylation of PFKFB3-Y194 site in a cell or tissue by various antigen-antibody based methods; developing a medicament capable of inhibiting phosphorylation of PFKFB3-Y94 site, and preparing a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody phosphorylated at the site. When the PFKFB3-Y194 site is phosphorylated by tyrosine kinase, the enzymatic activity of PFKFB3 is up-regulated, glycolysis is enhanced, and oxidative pentose phosphate pathway is weakened, thereby promoting the generation, development and metastasis of tumor; the phosphorylation level of PFKFB3-Y194 can be used for not only indicating the activity of PFKFB3 and upstream protein kinase, but also evaluating the proliferation, migration and transfer capability of tumor cells and developing drugs capable of inhibiting phosphorylation of PFKFB 3-Y194. |
