titleOfInvention Air-entraining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
abstract An air-entraining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the air-entraining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of unsaturated acid, 5-10 parts of hydrophobic monomer, 2.5-3.5 parts of initiator, 7.2-16 parts of isopropanol, 400-510 parts of deionized water, 220-280 parts of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether and 1.5-3.0 parts of catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding deionized water, isopropanol and a hydrophobic monomer into a four-mouth bottle, stirring and heating, dropwise adding an unsaturated acid and an initiator solution into the four-mouth bottle, keeping the temperature for reaction after dropwise adding is finished, heating, and distilling to remove the isopropanol to obtain an intermediate product; adding polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether into a three-neck flask, heating, stirring, adding a catalyst and an intermediate product after the polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether is melted, refluxing, cooling, and adding deionized water for dilution to obtain the catalyst. The invention has good adaptability to concrete materials, improves the workability and air entraining performance of low-slump concrete, and has simple preparation process.
