titleOfInvention Antibacterial hydrogel material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of an antibacterial hydrogel material, which comprises the following steps: under an acidic condition, carrying out grafting reaction on a monomer and a polyvinyl acetal foam material in the presence of an oxidant to obtain an antibacterial hydrogel material; the monomer is methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. According to the invention, the water-soluble oxidation-reduction initiation system is utilized to introduce the methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to the polyvinyl acetal foam, and the obtained material keeps the specific pore channel structure of the polyvinyl acetal foam material and has excellent antibacterial property. In addition, the preparation method provided by the invention has the characteristics of mild reaction conditions, simplicity, convenience and feasibility, short preparation period, controllable conditions, simple equipment requirements and capability of large-scale production. Experimental results show that the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial hydrogel material prepared by the invention to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is above 99.9%.
