titleOfInvention Rubiaceae cyclic peptide diglycoside, and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses rubiaceae cyclopeptide diglycoside, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the rubiaceae cyclopeptide diglycoside comprises the following steps: taking stems and/or leaves of Rubia plants of Rubiaceae and Rubia as raw materials, obtaining extract, and sequentially separating and purifying the obtained extract with macroporous resin column, silica gel column and reversed phase silica gel column to obtain the final product; when the mixture is separated and purified by a macroporous resin column, the eluent is a mixed solvent consisting of methanol or ethanol and water; when the mixture is separated and purified by a silica gel column, an eluant is a mixed solvent consisting of chloroform and methanol; when the mixture is separated and purified by a reverse phase silica gel column, the eluent is a mixed solvent consisting of methanol or acetonitrile and water. The experimental result of the applicant shows that the rubiaceae cyclic peptide diglycoside has the inhibitory activity of an NF-kB signal pathway and can be used as an NF-kB signal pathway inhibitor. The rubiaceae-type cyclic peptide diglycoside has a structure shown in the following formula (I):
