titleOfInvention Perylene diimide hexamer compound and preparation method, composition and organic solar cell
abstract The invention provides a propeller-type perylene diimide hexamer compound (HPB-PDI 6 ), which uses hexaphenylbenzene (HPB) as a core and connects six β-substituted PDI units around. The unique molecular configuration of HPB and the steric repulsion between PDI units make HPB‑PDI 6 form a three-dimensional twisted configuration, which is similar to a propeller. This highly twisted structure helps attenuate the aggregation of PDI. The polymer PTB7‑Th was mixed with HPB‑PDI 6 for the preparation of organic solar cells, showing good photovoltaic performance.
