The preparation method of the compound comprises the steps of: using polyfluorine-substituted 1,4-bis(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)benzene derivatives or perfluorine-substituted 4, 4'-dimethyl-1,1'-biphenyl is used as raw material, carbazole, alkali and organic solvent are added, and the reaction is carried out under nitrogen atmosphere. The TADF material provided by the present invention has very high PLQY in pure solid state, and when it is used as a light-emitting guest in OLEDs, it has high electroluminescence efficiency. |
