titleOfInvention Preparation method of junenol intermediate
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of drug synthesis, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a hinokitiol intermediate 7, 7-dichloro-3-isopropylbicyclo [3.2.0] hept-2-en-6-one. The method comprises the steps of forming dichloroketene from dichloroacetyl chloride and tri-n-propylamine, performing addition reaction on the dichloroketene and 1-isopropylcyclopentadiene to prepare a ketene addition product, using the tri-n-propylamine as an organic base in the 2+2 addition reaction, and recovering and reusing the tri-n-propylamine in a water phase after the reaction is finished by adding the base and layering. The method of the present invention can ensure the smooth reaction and recover the reactant with low water content.
