abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol by lignin cracking. Mixing a molecular sieve catalyst doped with metal ions and lignin, putting the mixture into a quartz reactor, introducing inert gas to remove oxygen, heating the mixture to perform pyrolysis reaction to crack the lignin, cooling and collecting reaction products to obtain a liquid mixture with fragrance, performing column chromatography separation, and performing freeze crystallization to obtain white crystals. The invention controls the type and content of metal ions in the catalyst, uses cheap lignin as a raw material at a relatively low temperature, generates the antioxidant 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol with high selectivity, and then obtains a high-purity product through simple processes such as column chromatography separation, crystallization and the like. The invention has simple production process, improves the utilization efficiency of industrial papermaking waste and lignocellulose raw materials, saves the cost and is suitable for large-scale production. |
