Ammonium molybdate, thiourea, and glycine or L-aspartic acid are added to ionized water for mixing and dissolving, and after ultrasonic treatment, they are placed in a constant temperature blast oven for reaction, and black MoS 2 powder is obtained by post-treatment after the reaction; Molybdenum sulfide, cadmium acetate and thiourea are added to ionized water for mixing and dissolution, ultrasonically treated and then placed in a constant temperature blast oven for reaction. The invention successfully obtains a shape-controllable three-dimensional heterostructure CdS-MoS 2 composite powder through a two-step hydrothermal method. A series of experimental results show that CdS-MoS 2 composite powders with different morphologies can be obtained by changing the amount of supported CdS, which have the characteristics of narrow particle size distribution, uniform morphology distribution and controllable particle size.
