abstract | The invention relates to the field of pharmacy, and discloses a preparation method of nanoparticles loaded with two anti-liver cancer drugs and having a double-layer controlled release-photothermal-targeting function. According to the invention, hydrophilic polyacrylamide is taken as a bridge frame on carboxymethyl chitosan, carboxymethyl pullulan polysaccharide is modified, and the hydrophilicity of the carboxymethyl chitosan is increased while the carboxymethyl chitosan has a targeting function; and then polydopamine is used for loading an anticancer drug doxorubicin and is embedded into hydrophilic polyvinylpyrrolidone and Arabic gum, then the anticancer drug sorafenib is loaded on the outer surface of an oil phase of the polyvinylpyrrolidone and the Arabic gum, and finally the system is embedded through a carboxymethyl chitosan-polyacrylamide-carboxymethyl pullulan polysaccharide nano-particle aqueous solution to obtain the nano-particle loaded with the two anti-liver cancer drugs and having the double-layer controlled release-photothermal-targeting function. The polymer particle can realize the controlled release of double-layer anticancer drugs, and can treat liver cancer by combining the photo-heat property of polydopamine. |
