titleOfInvention | IL1R1 gene fragment as molecular marker of swine immune trait and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of pig molecular marker screeningThe domain, in particular to an IL1R1 gene segment as a molecular marker of swine immune traits and application thereof. The molecular marker is obtained by cloning in a porcine IL1R1 gene. The invention screens and obtains a molecular marker related to the immune trait of pigs, and the nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is shown as SEQ ID NO:1, there is an allelic mutation of A/G at the 36 th base of the sequence, which results in Sequenom SNP typing polymorphisms. The invention also discloses a method for screening the molecular marker and application thereof in association analysis. The invention provides a new SNP molecular marker for marker-assisted selection of swine immune traits. |
