titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of aggregation-induced emission probe material
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of drug detection, and discloses a preparation method and application of an aggregation-induced emission probe material. The preparation method of the aggregation-induced emission probe material comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving the carboxylated oligomeric silsesquioxane in N, N-dimethylformamide; 2) adding 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and triethylamine, and stirring in an ice-water bath; 3) adding 1-hydroxypentaphenylsilole or 1-amino tetraphenylethylene, reacting at a constant temperature, adding distilled water, and stirring to obtain a white precipitate; 4) and carrying out suction filtration and washing to obtain the aggregation-induced emission probe material. The luminescent probe material has the advantages of no influence of external conditions, simple detection and short detection time for drug detection.
