abstract | A preparation method and application of acetamiprid hapten and antigen are characterized in that: the acetamiprid hapten is prepared from E ‑ N - (4- (6-chloropyridin-3-yl) 2-buten-2-yl) cyanamide with aminopropionic acid; the acetamiprid antigen is obtained by coupling acetamiprid hapten and carrier protein. The antigen prepared by the invention presents specific acetamiprid antigenic determinant, so that the screening of the acetamiprid monoclonal antibody with high specificity becomes possible. The generated antibody has high specificity and high sensitivity, and can be used for establishing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold test paper rapid assay, thereby realizing rapid detection of acetamiprid in tobacco and food. |
