titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of nitrogen, boron co-doped porous carbon material
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a nitrogen and boron co-doped porous carbon material. The p-nitroaniline, boric acid and sulfuric acid are mixed uniformly, heated and reacted, washed with water twice and freeze-dried to obtain a precursor rich in nitrogen and boron. The precursor is pre-carbonized under nitrogen atmosphere, and the obtained pre-carbonized product is mixed with potassium hydroxide and activated at high temperature under nitrogen atmosphere. The product is soaked and washed with dilute acid, washed with secondary water and then freeze-dried. The obtained sample was graphitized at high temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a porous carbon material with nitrogen and boron co-doped. The process of the invention is simple and convenient, two doping elements, nitrogen and boron, can be introduced into the carbon material in one step, the cost is low, and large-scale production is easy.
