titleOfInvention Electrochemical flotation method for recovering lead-sulfur bulk concentrates from high-grade lead-zinc ores
abstract The invention relates to an electrochemical flotation method for recovering lead-sulfur bulk concentrates from high-grade lead-zinc ores, which belongs to the field of metal mineral processing, and is characterized in that high-grade lead-zinc-sulfur raw ores which are difficult to separate are ground by a ball mill in a backwater production medium to obtain ore pulp; introducing the ore pulp into a stirring barrel, adding zinc sulfate for aeration stirring treatment, performing lead pre-flotation after the ore pulp potential and the dissolved oxygen value meet the requirements to obtain lead-sulfur bulk concentrate with high lead content, and then adding sodium ethyl xanthate and No. 2 flotation oil for bulk flotation to obtain lead-sulfur bulk concentrate with low lead content; the method has the advantages of reasonable flow, low medicament consumption, high recovery rate, strong adaptability to high-grade lead-zinc-sulfur ores difficult to separate and obvious effect, and reduces the pressure of subsequent mixed concentrate separation operation.
