titleOfInvention | Display panel, manufacturing method thereof, and display device |
abstract | The invention relates to a display panel, comprising a pixel definition layer, a cathode and a filling structure; the cathode covers the pixel definition layer; a plurality of grooves are formed on the pixel definition layer, and the filling structure is formed of an inorganic material; the filling structure is located groove, and is configured to be in contact with the cathode. The pixel definition layer is provided with grooves and filled with a filling structure formed of inorganic materials. On the one hand, when the display panel is impacted or bent, the grooves and the filling structure can effectively disperse the stress; on the other hand, the filling structure is formed of inorganic materials. There is better binding force between the pixel definition layer and the cathode, and the adhesion of the cathode is improved compared with the conventional design where the cathode relies on the van der Waals force between it and the pixel definition layer. In this way, the cathode is effectively prevented from being broken or separated from the organic light-emitting layer, and the reliability of the OLED display panel's bending resistance and drop impact strength is effectively improved. Also provided are a manufacturing method of the display panel and a display device. |
