The method comprises the following steps: extracting sugar; hydrolyzing starch and then extracting; the measurement was carried out by using high performance liquid chromatography. The determination method can be used for detecting the contents of sugar and starch in the tobacco, and has the advantages of simple and convenient pretreatment and good repeatability. |
