The invention discloses a cloth-sandwiched rubber material, which uses polyester-cotton fabric as a framework material, uses polyurethane elastomer solution as bottom coating, and uses nitrile rubber compound as surface coating. In the cloth-sandwiched rubber material, the polyester-cotton fabric is treated by the polyurethane elastomer solution without special RFL and other pretreatment measures, so that excellent bonding capacity can be obtained; according to the invention, through selection of specific framework materials, bottom coating glue and surface coating glue, the cloth-sandwiched rubber material has the characteristics of low water absorption rate, strong adhesive strength retention capability and good dimensional stability of a vulcanized product, and is particularly suitable for the framework material for sealing the main shaft of the offshore wind turbine. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the cloth-sandwiched rubber material. |
