abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano copolymer crude oil demulsifier, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving 0.1-0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol and 0.2-1 part of composite emulsifier in water, and uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase; then uniformly mixing 2.5-7.07 parts of hydrophilic monomer, 3-7.6 parts of hydrophobic monomer and 0.01-0.1 part of cross-linking agent to obtain an oil phase; (2) slowly dripping the oil phase into the water phase at normal temperature, carrying out high-speed homogenization while adding, and carrying out high-speed homogenization on the mixed solution for 25-35 min after adding to obtain a micro-suspension; (3) and adding 0.05-0.1 part of initiator into the micro-suspension, uniformly mixing, heating the mixed solution to 50-90 ℃, and reacting for 2-8 hours to obtain a finished product. The invention firstly prepares the controllable nanometer-sized micro-suspension, and then adds the initiator to carry out polymerization reaction, compared with the conventional method, the operation is simple, the reaction condition is mild, and the particle size of the prepared product is controllable. |
